My Top 5 Destinations

Why Kenya, Africa?

1. The Big 5:It is clearly the best destination for watching the wildlife in their own natural habitat. When you go on your own safari be sure to check out the big five in the Savannah: the Lion, Elephant, Buffalo, Leopard, and the Rhino.

2. The Giraffe Manor Inn:An exclusive boutique hotel that is set on 12 acres of private land and is the home of some giraffes. The giraffes may even visit and poke their heads into the windows hoping for a treat from the guests.

3. Camping:My favorite part of the trip was camping in the Savannah. There are many places in Kenya that offer camping and I highly recommend going to one for the experience.

4. Mount Kilimanjaro:On the boarder of Kenya and Tanzania is the most beautiful scenery. It is the highest mountain. Africa is the home to three volcanic cones.

5. The Beach:There are many beautiful beaches in Kenya. Soak up the sun and enjoy!

Why Copenhagen, Denmark?

1. Happiness Level:According to some reports the Danish seem to be the happiest people in the world. The report is rated by income, a healthy life expectancy, social support, trust, and generosity. After visiting Copenhagen I can believe this report one hundred percent. I’ve met different kinds of people around the world and I can tell you they are definitely the most welcoming and the most friendly of people. We should all just move there.

2. The Food: I will be honest with you the food experience is expensive and we limited our meals down. We would splurge on some meals otherwise we went to the food markets. My favorite food market was Torvehallerne, and the other two were Verdenshjornet and Rebel Food. If you can afford three meals a day then you will have fun with the numerous Michelin Star winners in the city. If you’re fancy or on a budget you will get the best, fresh, and healthy food no matter the circumstances.

3. The City:Copenhagen is known as one of Europe’s design capitals. The city offers rich colors and textures. Nyhavn is a perfect example of the stylistic design that the city has to offer.

4.Bikes: The most popular way of transport among the city. There are fewer cars in this city and more bike lights then traffic lights. They even offer bike tours or you can just take yourself on your own little tour and rent a bike, which are all over the city.

5. Fairytale Land:There is something in the air of this city that makes you feel like you’re in a fairytale. It is the home of famous Hans Christian Anderson who wrote The Ugly Duckling, The Little Mermaid, and The Wild Swans etc. The Tivoli Gardens, which is an amusement park and a pleasure garden, was built in the 19th century. Later, it became a source of Walt Disney’s inspiration.

Why Prague, Chez Republic?

1. The Astronomical Clock: The clock was first installed in 1410, making it the third oldest astronomical clock but is the oldest one still operating today. If you go and visit wait for the clock to strike on an hour and enjoy the show it never disappoints.

2. A step back in time:There is something about this city that just makes you feel like you’ve actually gone back in time to another century.

3. You can never get lost: Honestly, we actually tried at one point and somehow we still ended up back in the old town square with the Astronomical clock.

4. The Charles Bridge: A simple walk across this 14th century bridge will be one of your most memorable moments in Prague.

5. Café Louvre:An elegant 100 year old café, which was visited by Albert Einstein when he visited. We went for breakfast and had the best experience.

Why Chile, South America?

1.The Andes:The most breathe taking landscape. Switch the Alpes and go to the Andes for a skiing experience.

2. The Wineries: The wine country is a must go for sure. Have some wine tastings from a variety of choices and enjoy the fabulous landscape that each one you go to offers. An excellent experience when you visit.

3. Home to South America’s most ancient cites: The northern part of Chile is the home of the globe’s most important anthropological discoveries fore example, the world’s oldest mummies.

4. The Easter Island: The southeastern island of Chile. Home of 1,00 extant monumental statues called moaicreated by the early Rapa Nui people.

5. Climbing Volcanoes: The volcano near Pucon is the most popular to climb. It has lava filled crater and slopes with thick snow. If you want to be daring then pitch a tent on the deserted summit of Volcan Llaima, Chile’s most stratovolcano where panoramic views span the landscapes of black lava flows down the slope.

Why Paris, France?

1.City of Romance: An unchanging sense of elegance.

2. The Food:I think I was Parisian in my past life. The desserts, breads, coffee will never be the same. I could kill for the Paris-Brest and a cup of coffee right now.

3. The Best Attractions: The Eiffel Tower, The Louvre, The Cathedral of Notre Dame, Musee Rodin, The Catacombs etc.

4. The Shopping: The great stores on Boulevard Haussamann Galeries Lafayette. The endless simple and sheik style.

5. Walking: We walked everywhere maybe took a taxi a time or two but we all lost weight on this trip because of the amount of walking.
